About printable checklist
A printed checklist is still hard to beat for daily tasks, shopping trips and packing. This generator draws rows with a checkbox and a write-on line and puts the title you type at the top, so one template gives you a Shopping List, a Packing List or a Weekly Chores sheet.
Choose one column for a classic to-do list or two columns for shorter items. Make the rows taller for handwriting or tighter to fit more tasks, and switch the checkboxes between squares and circles.
Add a date field next to the title for daily lists, or leave it out for lists you reuse.

The options explained
- Title. Text printed at the top of the page. Letters, numbers and common punctuation are supported.
- Date field. Adds a Date line at the right of the title row.
- Columns. One or two columns of tasks.
- Row height. Height of each row. Larger rows leave more room for handwriting.
- Checkbox size and shape. Square or circle, from 2.5 mm to 12 mm.
- Write-on lines. Adds a line to each row to write on. Turn it off for a clean box-only list.
Printing tips
- Print a stack at the start of the week and tick items off as you go.
- Use two columns for short items such as groceries.
- Keep a few blank lists in a folder for unplanned tasks.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change the title of the checklist?
Yes. Type any title in the Title field. Characters outside the Latin alphabet show in the preview but may print as question marks in the PDF.
How many tasks fit on a page?
With the default 9 mm row height, about 27 on a Letter page. Reduce the row height or use two columns to fit more.
Can I make a checklist without lines?
Yes. Turn off Write-on lines for boxes only.
Can I print a checklist on a half page?
Choose Half Letter or A5 under Paper size for a half-size page.
